Habitat South Collin County Builds 50th HouseHabitat South Collin County Builds 50th House
With the temperature in the mid-20's South Collin County Habitat for Humanity celebrated the construction of our 50th house on January 9th. The house will be built at 1105 G Ave, in Plano's historic Douglass Community for Jasmine Anderson and her family. Two crew chiefs from our affiliate are among the 3000 volunteers who will join the 2009 Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project in Thailand. Mary Holland and Diane Nall will help build one of 82 homes in Chiang Mai, Thailand over the next week. Follow the adventures of Mary and Diane through daily updates posted on our website.
