Foundation Support

50/50/50/ Giving Campaign
Our goal is to complete 100 homes for deserving hardworking families in our community. With the groundbreaking of our 50th home in January 2010, we are well on our way!  But the need is growing, with many first time homeowners qualifying and willing to invest the 400 sweat equity hours required.  Please help Habitat lend a hand up not a hand out to these families by supporting one or more of our local fund raising efforts listed below.

Builders Club - A Sustained Giving Opportunity
For Habitat for Humanity of South Collin County (Habitat-SCC) to be truly effective, we must have an ongoing alignment with major companies, organizations, churches and individuals in our service area.  While not part of the formal organizational structure, top level sponsors in the Builders Club ($25,000 to $100,000 per year with a four year commitment) will form the foundation for financial support.  Note that we will have only one representative from each industry type at the highest levels.  We would hope to meet as a group with each representative at least quarterly and seek guidance and counsel with these business and community leaders.  Builder support at these levels would include participation in our Habitat events, recognition throughout the year at these events, on our website and eligibility for volunteer opportunities working at the build site with our families and friends.  Builders Club opportunities start at $15 per month, with all members receiving periodic e-newsletters and event updates.

DEVELOPER $100,000 AND ABOVE

• Representation at our informal quarterly breakfasts.
• Highlighted article on sponsorship in HfH-SCC donor communication media
• Acknowledgement in  annual Building Foundations Building Lives Gala program
• HfH-SCC participation at a publicity event of your choice

ARCHITECT $75,000

House Sponsorships
It is not often that a business, organization or church has the opportunity to donate to a cause which has such a visible, immediate, and favorable impact to their community.  House sponsorships from $10,000 to $90,000 offer just such an opportunity.  While Builders Club membership supports the entire HfH-SCC organization, funds raised through House Sponsorships are restricted and go directly towards building homes.

FULL-HOUSE SPONSORSHIP $90,000

• Highlighted article on sponsorship and house dedication in donor communication media
• Acknowledgement in annual Building Foundations Building Lives Gala program
• Habitat-SCC participation at a publicity event of your choice
• Habitat-SCC website presence with a company logo and a link to the company website
• Highlight in publicity-related activity exclusive identification with specific home and family as a full-house sponsor

  Event Sponsorship  
  Habitat for Humanity of South Collin County holds 2 local events annually to raise funds.  These public events are the most visable way to provide support and furnish much needed unrestricted funds to support educational programs for Habitat families and operations.  Read more about HfHSCC's annual events below.
  Building Foundations/Building Lives Gala  
  Held each spring and attracting over 400 participants, this is our major fundraising event.  It also offers us a chance to acknowledge and thank those who have supported us throughout the year.  We offer sponsorship levels from $1,000 to $25,000 and we also accept donated auction items.  This event provides an excellent venue to show your support of our community.
  Habitat Annual Golf Tournament  
  Held in the fall at a local course, this is a 4-man scramble.  Activities include a luncheon, raffle, and awards.  This event offers great sponsorship opportunities and a chance to socalize with other Habitat supporters.
