April 2 Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, Flexjet, Cisco Systems and Nexen began framing on the third duplex at The Courts at Cotton Belt. Flexjet, Cisco and Nexen are sponsoring Unit 3A. They are building for Martinez family while Thrivent is sponsoring Unit 3B for the Reed family. Saturday's framing event began with Rachel Martinez driving the first nail into her home. Work continued through through mid June. Thrivent, Flexjet and Cisco are long time sponsors and supporters of HfHSCC. Nexen is new to the SCC family but has built with Habitat in Canada.
